Patsy is a doctoral-level educational psychologist at the Think-Kids. Her current role at the Think-Kids include serving as the program manager of our own Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services. Patsy specializes in psychological assessment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a group therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Intellectual Impairments, Learning Disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorders (ADHD), Selective Mutism, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and other mood and anxiety Disorders. In addition, she also offers consultations, and trainings to parents, allied health professionals and teachers in supporting the lives of children with unique profiles.

Prior to joining the Think-Kids, Patsy had years of experiences in both educational and clinical settings as a licensed psychologist and a certified school psychologist in the United States. These included public schools, special education schools, private neuropsychological assessment centres, and acute psychiatric clinical units. In addition, she regularly led trainings at both national and local conferences for clinicians and educators seeking continuing education and professional training on topics relating to anxiety disorders, suicide prevention, behavioural management, medical-educational collaboration, and bilingual/multicultural issues. Patsy is highly skilled in various neuropsychological assessment batteries. She also has extensive trainings in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Michelle-Garcia Social Thinking curriculum.

With Think Kids Patsy has also provided assessments for patients living in various remote parts of South-East Asia seeking psychological, educational and school support.
Patsy previously received multiple awards as a school psychologist and an educator. She participated in several publications including a Massachusetts Department of Education guide on special education– “Is special education right for your children?”
