Pamela is the Founding Partner and Director of Think Kids, and also Co-Founder of Think Psychological Services, one of Singapore’s leading private psychological service providers. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational & Developmental Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. She is a registered psychologist with the Australian Psychology Board (AHPRA) and the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), a Full Member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), and certified in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Pamela has extensive clinical experience across Australia, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. She specializes in intervention for children with autism and other learning difficulties, while also supporting children with academic stress, anxiety, depression, selective mutism, self-harm, and obsessive behaviors. She flexibly applies techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy, and is certified to administer multiple psychological assessments, including ADOS, ADI-R, Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals, Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scales, and Wechsler scales.

For the past 15 years, Pamela has focused deeply on ABA, designing comprehensive intervention programs covering developmental, educational, and behavioral needs. Beyond treating children with special needs, she supervises and trains case supervisors and therapists, ensuring high-quality program implementation.

Pamela works closely with local and international schools, as well as government agencies, to assess children with autism, learning difficulties, ADHD, language impairments, and intellectual delays. She has successfully helped many local and expatriate children with special needs integrate into Singapore’s mainstream education system (public and private), while providing ongoing support to families and schools. She also conducts regular workshops for parents and teachers on managing challenging behaviors and learning difficulties, and actively participates in international conferences on child development and mental health.
