Vaani is a registered clinical psychologist with the Australian Psychology Board (AHPRA). She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has also completed specialized training in the Triple P (Positive Parenting Program). She has extensive experience in community and private mental health services in both Australia and Singapore, working with children and adolescents presenting moderate to severe emotional and behavioral difficulties, including depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, abuse, and family relationship issues.
As a clinical psychologist, Vaani is certified to administer a variety of educational and psychological assessments (such as ADOS, ADI-R, Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals, Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scales, and Wechsler scales). She is skilled in conducting comprehensive assessments for developmental disorders and learning difficulties and tailoring individualized intervention strategies. She has also served as an expert witness in forensic psychological evaluations and provided remote psychoeducation support to patients in underserved regions of Southeast Asia.
