Think Kids Singapore

About Think Kids

We help children with special needs in Singapore.

Think Kids specialises in implementing customised treatment plans for children and individuals with special needs aged from 18 months to early adulthood.

We advocate the importance for Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention in young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Autism), developmental disorders and other special learning needs.

All intervention plans at Think Kids are overseen by registered child psychologists and only employ evidence-based methods of treatment that have demonstrated proven long term results, such as, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

By addressing the unique needs of each individual, we are able to provide successful intervention and developmental services for a wide range of difficulties, diagnoses and challenging behaviours.

Our Team

We are a team of specialists.

Think Kids has brought together a qualified team of clinical, child, educational & developmental psychologists, counsellors and behaviour therapists.

Each of our team members has significant experience in intervention planning for individuals with special needs and varying diagnoses.

We are one of the few ABA, early intervention and social skills providers in Singapore which has full-time specialised psychologists responsible for ensuring that all treatment programs are specifically tailored to bring the best out of your child.

ABA Services

We customise ABA for the developmental goals of your child.

At Think Kids we understand that each child is different and deserves special attention.

All our ABA programs are individually tailored to specifically address your child’s needs and development objectives. The goal of the treatment is to teach essential life skills so that your child can achieve the highest level of independence they can in life.

Our psychologists are responsible for structuring and monitoring the ABA programs through the duration of treatment to ensure optimal effectiveness.

Our ABA programs are primarily designed to be implemented one-to-one in the child’s home by our therapists, parents and caregivers.

Once behaviours and skills have been attained in the home environment, we introduce additional therapy at our centre or in public settings  to promote generalisation of the learnt skills.

Social Skills

We teach your child appropriate social behaviour.

At Think Kids, we offer group social skills training employing proven, evidence-based methods to teach your child how to engage, regulate and respond to social interactions with peers.

The social skills training sessions will include structured activities such as therapist-guided games, role-plays, discussions, worksheets and video feedback. The activities will be targeted in helping your child to gain awareness on why the skills are necessary, as well as giving him/her a chance to practice them in class.

We provide full assessment & diagnostic services.

The Think Kids team of registered psychologists based in Singapore offer timely and accurate diagnostic assessments, comprehensive reports and recommendations for your child.

Through direct observation and a full review of prior medical, psychological and school records, we evaluate your child’s current cognitive, developmental & adaptive levels to identify diagnosis of Autism and other related developmental and/or learning disorders.

Think Kids is a preferred provider of assessments for a number of international and local schools in Singapore given the comprehensiveness and integrity of our reports.
