Hope is a Case Supervisor with Think Kids. Hope graduated from University of Kent with a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University. Hope is also a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.
Hope has spent a number of years working in a multi-disciplinary team supporting individuals from both mainstream and special needs of various ages, backgrounds, and developmental needs. She is experienced in formulating and implementing behaviour interventions utilising principles of ABA.
Hope is a strong advocate of early intervention and evidence-based approaches such as ABA and strongly believes that each child has the potential to excel given the right support and a positive environment to learn. As such, Hope also believes in the importance of actively engaging and working closely with all stakeholders so that the needs of the child are met.
Hope is proficient in English and Mandarin.
