Ting is a Case Supervisor and Business Development & Marketing Executive at Think Kids, specializing in the behavioral and developmental needs of children and adolescents of various profiles, including ASD, ADHD, and other developmental delays.
She believes that all behavior is communication- a reflection of unmet needs or developing skills. In her work, Ting focuses on understanding the “why” behind behavior, supporting behavior management while strengthening communication, self-care, and self-advocacy skills.
A key area of her practice is social-emotional development and executive functioning coaching, particularly supporting children with ADHD, while also working on executive skills across a wide range of learning and developmental profiles.
Her goal is to empower children and adolescents to grow with confidence, independence, and the skills needed for everyday life.
In addition to her clinical work, Ting leads social media content creation, outreach initiatives, and hosts the company’s podcast, where she facilitates conversations around mental health and the work of mental health professionals.
Outside of work, Ting is always on the lookout for good coffee, enjoys spending time with her dog, and listening to lifestyle podcasts.
Fluent in English; conversational in Cantonese, Mandarin and Korean.
