Lee Ting is a Case Supervisor and Business Development Executive at Think Kids. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Science from James-Cook University. She also has a Diploma in Psychology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Ting first worked with children with Special Needs during a year-long volunteer program while taking her Diploma. Fast forward a few years after graduating University, Ting is trained in ABA and has worked with children of various diagnoses and learning difficulties, both during 1:1 therapy and in the school setting.
She believes that while every child is unique and learns at their own individual pace, it is important that their learning experience is a positive one. As such, she aims to create an enjoyable and positive environment for children to learn and grow in. She also believes that working closely with parents/caregivers is crucial in ensuring the holistic development of the child.
Ting hopes to equip children with special needs with the necessary skills to integrate seamlessly into society, and to educate the public by raising awareness and promoting the inclusion of individuals with special needs.
Ting is an avid coffee drinker who enjoys spending time with her dog, and listening to lifestyle podcasts during her free time.
Ting is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean.
