Ting is a Case Supervisor at Think Kids. She holds a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) from Monash University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Science from James-Cook University.
Ting is trained in providing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and in assessing the unique needs of children and adolescents with a variety of profiles, including Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental delays.
Through her experience, Ting understands that all behaviour is a way for individuals to communicate areas where they may be struggling or skills they have yet to develop. She takes pride in uncovering these underlying needs and addressing them through behaviour therapy- not only by supporting behaviour management but also by teaching communication, fostering self-help skills, and encouraging self-advocacy. Her goal is to empower children and adolescents to navigate their daily lives with increased confidence and independence.
Ting is an avid coffee drinker who enjoys spending time with her dog, and listening to lifestyle podcasts during her free time. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean.
