Her holistic, integrative, Person-centred approach integrates evidence-based modalities, e.g. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Gottman Couples Method (Levels 1 & 2), Expressive Therapies (Art & Sand), and Image Transformation Therapy (ImTT).
Having navigated her own entrepreneurial journey twice, Vinti is passionate about supporting men and women in leadership roles through the high-stress demands of the corporate world. She is also equipped to guide women through various life stages, with a special interest in menopause.
Beyond therapy, Vinti founded the Singapore International School Counsellors Network (SISCN), collaborating with most international schools in Singapore. She leads supervision groups for school counsellors and runs support groups for mothers of neurodiverse children. She contributes articles to parenting magazines, newspapers, and online platforms.
Now transitioning post-Lyra, Vinti continues to create safe, non-judgmental spaces that promote emotional, social, spiritual, financial, and academic well-being, empowering clients to build resilience and growth.
