Linda is a Clinical Psychologist at Think Psychological Services and Think Kids, providing professional services to youths, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. She is a registered psychologist with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) and a Full Member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
Linda believes in using psychoeducation to help clients better understand themselves and unlock their potential in coping with life challenges. Her passion for mental health began while working in a private psychiatric practice, where she supported patients and their caregivers, gaining experience in both Singapore’s public and private healthcare systems.
She adopts a personalized systemic approach, implementing evidence-based integrative treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness principles. Guided by humanistic and realist values, she works collaboratively with clients in their healing journeys, providing interventions for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. In addition to working with clients, she supports caregivers in balancing their roles and responsibilities.
Linda also serves as a mentor at local universities and has volunteered with breast cancer patients and dementia caregivers. As a member of crisis response teams, she conducts workshops on mental health, psychological first aid, and clinical issues, while advocating for improved mental health awareness and emotional well-being in a culturally sensitive manner.
